Service Description

Yoga is a way of life, to nourish your body, strengthen your mind and connect to your inner self. No matter your flexibility, if you can breathe you can practice Yoga. After living and practicing Yoga for over a decade, I studied and qualified as a Hatha Yoga teacher so that I could share this beautiful practice with you. I offer Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Breath work, Yin and Hatha Yoga classes, in a group setting or private lessons, for all ages and abilities. 12, 60 minute weekly online sessions. Yoga can help to: improve posture increase flexibility build muscle strength boosts metabolism ease stress and anxiety levels improve sleep reduce pain increase awareness
